The bigger your
PowerPoint file becomes, particularly when it contains
a lot of picture files, the more likely it is to be
bounced back by email gateways.
One tip to reduce the file size
is to try "Save As" instead of just "Save"
- this will sometimes compress the file surprisingly
well.
Alternatively, PowerPoint XP
has some options to convert embedded images to lower
resolutions, but with mixed results. Ultimately all
the images must be resampled manually.
The simple solution
to get your file through, is to upload & download
via Telegraphic's web-based site: ftp.telegraphic.tv
